(October 2007) Kester Inc., a global supplier of interconnecting materials for electronic products, recently hired Rose Communications to develop a communications program to support a restructuring of the company. The agency, working in tandem with Kester senior executives, managed all facets of the project including naming, messaging, materials development, spokesperson preparedness sessions, and event orchestration. The effort was well received by both internal and external audiences and the company is now able to execute against its plan to increase its responsiveness to customers and accelerate its new product pipeline.
